I've noticed that sometimes getting a new published script to display is really 'hit and miss' and has caused some great frustration before I figured this out.
Often the first edit/publish will appear straight away, but the subsequent publishes will often take multiple refreshes, publishes, clearing of caches, etc.
If I'm just changing something non-visible (like a variable or action) - I still make a change somewhere in the script so I can visibly see when it finally takes effect.

I am attempting to use a new script that I cloned from an existing one. The only difference is that I moved one of the fields up in the form. The new Script is NOT displaying.
Here are the steps I took:
- Opened scripts in Admin
- Selected the existing script "Display Call Type and Instructions"
- Created Template from Script "Display Call Type for Epharm"
- Created the new script: "Epharm – Validation location moved 06012019"
- Move the Validation field to the top of the script
- Before
- After
- Saved the script
- Published the script
- Changed the Queue to use the new Script and save the change
- Republished the Call flow:
- Set call Routing to use the republished flow'
- Cleared Chrome Cache
- Place test call
- Interaction display is not showing the new template
Am I missing a step?
