Hi community,
i am aware of the Genesys limitation "
A given contact list can only be on one running campaign at a time." whereby a single contact list can be used for multiple Campaigns, but only 1 x campaign can run at a time.
My question is, does this apply to the below as well as i have tested this and it seems both campaigns could start and dial?
- I have a Predictive campaign utilizing Contact List A
- I also have an Agentless Campaign utilizing Contact List A
- I have a Filter for Predictive Campaign to only dial certain records
- I have a Filter for Agentless Campaign to only dial certain records
i have managed to start both Campaigns, no errors or warnings received, and both are dialing according to the filters configured.
My question is, i need to know if this is this expected behavior before i take these Campaigns into production?
