Both my admin and agent users have the "Voicemail > AcdVoicemail > View" permission. I've also waited for a couple of minutes, a few hours, and even left an interaction for a day and still no transcription tab on my end.

Just a heads up: Voicemail transcriptions may take a minute or two to appear in the UI. If you've received a voicemail in Interactions, wait about 1-2 minutes and check again. The transcription tab should appear if:
- You have the "Voicemail > AcdVoicemail > View" permission assigned to your user role.
- "Agent Voicemail Transcriptions" is enabled in your Admin Org Settings.
If you've checked both settings and still have issues, feel free to reach out.

Both my agent and admin accounts have that role already. Although I did emulate your steps above (inluding removing it then trying it that way, then adding it back in to try again) but I couldn't get the transcription tab regardless. I'll probably escalate to support or ask our rep.

That said...I removed the permission again from the User role, logged out, cleared the cache on the browser, restarted the browser, logged back in...and the Transcription tab is still there. So...not sure what transpired there...but it appears to have jump-started it somehow?

The standard admin role does not have that permission. Master Admin, Quality Evaluator, Quality Administrator and Supervisor do.

I had to add the Voicemail > ACD Voicemail > View permission to the User role to get an agent to see the Transcription tab

We are in ca-central and no transcription tab showed up for us. I tried as an agent and an admin. Toggled off the option then toggled back on, but to no avail.

It works fine in my US-East organization. I see the Transcription "tab" to the right of the Playback tab in the UI and it contains a transcription of the voicemail
