I'm trying to plan 4 meetings (to include as many CSA's as possible), to be scheduled across Monday - Thursday. I want it to re-occur every 4 weeks. However it spreads the meetings out across 4 weeks (rather than just 1 week and then 3 weeks with no meetings). It doesn't allow me to change the end date for the initial schedule period to set it across 1 week only. Is there a way to do this?

I have checked with some of our team and this will hopefully help:

There are 2 methods you could try:

1. Set up the Activity Plan and then run it on a single week.
1. Generate the 1^st week on its own so the AP is ran for the 4 weeks but only has available/schedules for week 1.
2. If the start week is the only future published schedule run an ad-hoc "run now" for the 1^st week
2. Use session availability to limit the availability to the fist Mon-Thurs date range

1. Add an open session availability for Mon - Thurs for future sessions 

To help ensure the 3 week gap also set the time between sessions to 3 weeks.

When setting the occurrence period Genesys will look for the best time during the first X weeks (in this case 4 weeks) and from there use the recurrence from the previous session for future sessions.
