  • 1.  Activity Plans Facilitators

    Hi guys

    I have a couple of questions about the Activity Plans: 
     
    1) Can we add facilitators from a different business unit? - our team managers are in a separate business unit and I can't seem to find a way to add them as facilitators.
     
    2) Can we add transition time (buffer time between sessions for a quick break) without adding a facilitator? - this can be helpful if the facilitators are not on Genesys

    Hi Mohamed, 

    1. No, all users have to be within the same BU. As with other scheduling processes Activity Plans are currently tied to a single BU.
      • you can use the Session Availability tab to list the times when the Team Mager is free and the Activity Plan will limit its search to during those times. 
    2. No, transition time is limited to when a facilitator is utilised. The idea is that as we know who the facilitator is we'll ensure that they receive the short break between sessions rather than all sessions having a break between them.
