I'm trying to understand how other orgs are handling it when their staff are scheduled for on queue activities but need to legitimately go off queue, and you don't want to update a schedule or impact their adherence.

Our adherence exception thresholds are fairly low by design, so threshold changes aren't really an option, and while we currently manage this once the activity has happened and are asked to update a schedule, ideally we'd have a phone code that would either be off queue, or have the effect of being off queue, and not require entries be made to their schedule to keep them in adherence.

Is there a setting I'm missing today that I need to look at, or is there something else you've done to approach this?

    Thanks in advance.

we have a  time frame before we will update an exception for most things it has to be at least 30 mins anything under should be covered by the grey area for adherence.  If you adherence is set for 90%  the 10% left is the grey area.

So you've not found a means to exclude a single code, but instead adjust the tolerance within your SA Goals.  Yes?
