  • 1.  Add emergency group to call route?

    EDIT: All sorted now.  The call routing page isn't intuitive for this but I have found the settings and flow association now.

    Am I imagining things or reading the resource centre completely wrong but aren't you supposed to be able to specify an emergency group on a call route configuration?  I only seem to be able to associate open/closed/holiday to flows.

    In the Call Routing, you have to check this box:

    Then this will show up and allow you to route:
