Hoping this helps, we are able to add any activity code time off related or not prior to publishing schedules. My team will go in and make sure all team meetings, trainings, and 1on1's are added on schedules prior to being published for agents to see them. Not sure why you are getting an error stating that it is not allowed as we have never seen that issue. I wonder if it might be access related?

Can I get confirmation that you can only insert an activity (non-timeoff) AFTER the schedule is published? Before it is published I am able to add Timeoff but if I want to add let's say a meeting I am not allowed. Is this standard. ONLY timeoff can be approved/submitted/inserted BEFORe publishing?
