Hi,
Genesys performance workspaces offer a convenient way of scheduling reporting. However reporting around historical adherence seems really poor comparatively. Ideally is not to extract the data to build something different but being able to see it within Genesys.
For example on historical Adherence, be able to see all business units together of the entire company, and have a detailed of adherence per group, as we are able to see the information of the queue performance, but instead of performance, of adherence, does it exist or has to be extracted and constructed on PowerBi or Excel?
