  • 1.  After report expire "Please try again later. Contact support if the problem persists. Failed to update export schedule."

    User has supervisor role but got this error when they reported the report was expired: 

    Would they have to redo the report or change the schedule date?

    Hi Jason, 

    I believe once it has expired, clicking the renew button should refresh the 100 day timer.  I would recommend capturing the network and console logs from the user and raising a case with customer care ( Network Logs and Console Logs) to check what is causing the error.

    Thanks looks like renewing get's the same issue. I see a 400 PUT  error in the logs.

    I looked into this further and the development team are already working on a fix.  I will update here once it is deployed.

    This fix has now been rolled out and the issue should be resolved.  Let me know if you have any further issues with this.

    The agent said there seeing the same message appear after trying to renew? Any steps we need to do before hand?

    Looks like the issue got resolved now probably had to wait a bit for the fix to take effect. thanks.
