New Course: The Agent Copilot course, part of the Agent Digital Learning Plan, is now live! This course will guide agents through the key features of Copilot to enhance digital interactions.
Updated Courses: We've refreshed both the Agent Basics and Working Together courses within the Agent Foundations Learning Plan. Additionally, Inbound Voice Essentials and Inbound Voice Additional Features have been updated within the Voice Interactions Learning Plan.
