    Hi Team, 

    Hope you are doing well. As per a business need, we will like to know if Genesys has the possibility to show to agents which of the time off requests are approved already, this to avoid asking for time off which would be denied based on the business line needs and guidelines that the agents already know.

    The document helps, however, it does not show how an agent can see who on their team has already asked for time off and it is approved, which would be ideal for managers, in this way they can have clear rules with their agents on how many can go PTO at the same time, does this exist on Genesys?

    I'm sorry that we don't have this built into Genesys. I thought we had an idea in the portal, but I'm unable to find it. Could you create an idea and add your specific cases? We have discussed this as a team, but it's just not on the near-term roadmap.

    My suggestion would be to have those whose time-off is depended on one another in their own Staffing Groups.  This way, they don't need to know who is already approved off.  They can see what days have hours available and without knowing exactly who already has time off.

    From a experience with multiple companies over 25 years, we have never allowed agents to see what other agents are approved off in order to avoid harassment of agents asking others to cancel so they can have the day.  They are just able to see what is available.
