  • 1.  Agents on queue in a certain queue

    Does anyone know if there is a way to see what agents were on queue for a certain queue at certain times? We have agents that work in multiple queues but I can't find a way to tell which queue at which time the agent was in. I'm trying to see how many agents were in a certain queue and on queue during peak times.

    Hello Britney,

    I checked with our team and while we currently don't have a way to pull that data into a report, I did find this Idea which is set to Future Consideration currently. If you click the VOTE button on that page, it should notify you via email as this Idea progresses through development.
