I need your help if you have some insights on a issue that I am facing :-
As we know , AI experience tokens allow us to use all AI products of Genesys , and their metering/pricing is also provided in resource centre . This is the latest approach to use AI features .
However , before this , the older approach was that individual Geneys AI products had to be installed individually from the app foundry and they had their respective free trials .
In our reseller org , we started playing around with the AI experience using the older approach i.e. we individually installed these AI products using app foundry and later AI experience tokens were launched .
I have few questions here :-
1) when i try to enable the AI experience from App foundry , I get below error :
2) Am I getting this error because , I had installed these products individually earlier (using older approach ) ?
3) Does this mean that it is mandatory for me to first cancel/remove each of the above listed products in the snap , and then try to configure the AI experience tokens ?
4) What is the impact of cancelling these products . Does it mean all the bot flows in the org , the copilots and other AI developments will vanish upon unistallation of these ? It would be great if i can have a list of impacts it would cause .
5) Note : In case you are wondering if I already have these , why i want to enable AI experience tokens again is because , my org is a reseller org and One of end-clients wants these AI features enabled . With current setup , these cannot be enabled for them .
6) I hope there is a workaround other than deleting and a smoother transition for orgs that adopted AI earlier to launch of AI Experience tokens .
