    We're thrilled to remind our WEM customers there is still time to sign up and experience it firsthand!

    AI Scoring, a game-changer within WEM/Quality Management, lets you add up to 15 AI-powered questions to your Quality Management form(s). Our AI then analyzes interactions and provides answers with explanations – giving you deeper insights than ever before.  Our tests show AI accuracy above 95% across major languages supported by Genesys. This trial is available at no cost through March 31, 2025.
