  • 1.  Allow supervisors to do their own evals for calibrations, but not others

    Hello, 

    We are beginning to do calibrations in Genesys. We have done evals in Genesys for a few years, but calibrations have been done elsewhere. Evals are done by supervisors, we do not have a quality team. 

    When we set up calibrations we assign them to a set of supervisors for that department. For example, our Retention department has 4 supervisors, so the calibration would be assigned to all 4 of them. What we are finding is when we assign them evals from the calibration they can actually go in and fill out evals assigned to the other supervisors. Is there a way to adjust that to make it so they can only edit the evals assigned to them?

    Below is a screenshot of the permissions for their role. 

    We have tried Evaluation>Edit and Evaluation>Edit Score and adjusting conditions to "evaluation assignee equals current user" and it did stop them from editing other evals. But it also stopped them from making and scoring regular evals for their own agents. Is there a way we can stop them from editing evals assigned to other users but allow them to keep making and completing their own evals?

    Hi Aaron, Calibrations have their own set of permissions outside of those starting with Quality-Evaluation...

    There is a permission section related to Calibrations and those start with Quality-Calibration. 

    Please take a look at those.

    Hi Mark,

    We have the calibrations set up and working. There is no relevant permission to this in the small number of calibration permissions. They can create a calibration, and fill out their evaluation for that calibration. But they can also go into another supervisors evaluation and fill that out as well.
