Thanks Gene for your reply.
Just to check my understanding, we are restrictive on SSO access from non-company mobiles - which for agents is all of their devices. Obvioulsy the benefit of Tempo is viewing shifts, requesting holidays / annual leave and other schedule related tasks. I have requested staff get SSO access. The internal worry is that giving SSO Genesys access would then allow them to access the wider Genesys portfolio (either Apps of via web browsers) and then have access to customer info and/or intercept calls from outside the company network which could in turn allow for fraud. Is our understanding that the latter is possible true or can SSO be restricted to the App itself?

While I certainly understand the desire to keep staff from fraudulently taking calls when they're not at their desks, I don't think Tempo access changes that. Tempo can be controlled by a separate permission, but even before we had it enabled, I was able to use our Microsoft SSO to login and view the Performance Dashboards from a mobile web browser. Now this could be a limit in my understanding of SSO limitations, so unless your organization has a limit on mobile devices as a whole having SSO access, it may not matter. (Also worth double-checking if they have access to the other Genesys apps - Genesys Cloud Communicate and Genesys Cloud Collaborate - even if Tempo is disabled. It's been a while since I checked, but I believe that is also something I was able to access before we enabled Tempo for our staff.)

Subject: Allowing staff Tempo access
hi,
Looking for some advice. Keen to give our staff Tempo access which would require them to get SSO access on personal devices. We have a worry that once they have that the same SSO could be used via web browser to access the ability to take calls and that could lead to fraud etc... Has anyone configured and confirm that giving SSO on Tempo is restricted to the WEM module only?
Thanks in advance for any insight
John
