    Is there some sort of training on how Alternate Shifts works, from the Administrative standpoint?  I am not looking for a demo from the agent user end.  I am interested in it from the WFM Operations side.

    Looking for video as well, since just adding the permissions, and enabling it from the management unit settings didnt do anything.

    There isn't at the moment. We are looking to update the documentation with an overview page linking out to the other pages that have been updated to help navigate the Resource Centre.

    I'll also look in to making a video walkthrough that we can post to the community

    Apologies for the delay in posting an update. 
    We have been waiting on a couple of fixes to some of the services that we use as well as to Alternative shifts to ensure we can handle these updates.

    The documentation should be update by the end of this week and I'll be posting a supporting video to.
