2) We do not have "Time Since Last Interaction: metric support but we are tracking this as part of this idea - Request ability to add "time since last | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io). We are evaluating use cases for this and please subscribe to this idea for updates.

Thanks for the questions. I added my input for each question below.
- Will only the look and feel change? Or are you also updating the options for displaying data and configuring the data you want to see?
- This feature covers look and feel changes as well as changes like editing layout using the "Edit Layout" action and removal of upfront specification of grid size. The goal with these changes is to provide a simpler way to define the dashboard widgets and have the layout automatically adapt to the number widgets added.
- Will it be possible to show multiple statistics per queue?
- Currently 1 queue + multiple statistics or multiple queues + 1 statistic configurations are allowed. We are working on table widget for the dashboards where multiple queues and multiple statistics will be possible (https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DARAR-I-2035)
- Is it possible to manually change the length and width of the widgets? Regardless of the row in which the widget is placed?
- Manual widget resizing is a roadmap item. (https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/ANLS-I-578). Font size adjustability is also being considered in this context (https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/ANLS-I-713)
- Is it possible to adjust the color scheme to your own preference?
- Will you be able to adjust the agent status widget and have multiple options to show certain data?
- I would like to clarify if this question is asking for more options to filter the agents selected for the agent status widget. Currently, queue-based filtering is one option (in addition to the individual user selection). We are adding work team-based filtering next and the work for this is currently going on.
