    A small but important improvement to the user interface of Action Maps was made when configuring a Content Offer.
     
    Previously, when setting up a content offer action type, you may have noticed that the 'Schedule' section - used to select 'Schedule Groups' - was still being displayed. This schedule functionality is designed to present offers during the hours agents are available to receive them. 
     
    However, since content offers don't require live agent involvement, the schedule configuration has no effect on how or when the content is shown to your website and app visitors. To reduce confusion and streamline the setup experience, the Schedule section is now entirely removed when configuring action maps with content offers selected as the action type.
     
    ✅ What's changing?
     
    The Schedule section will no longer appear when you select Content Offer as your action type.
     
    ❌ What's not changing?
     
    This UI update does not impact any existing behavior. Content offers have never been influenced by schedule groups, even if you previously configured one.
