  • 1.  Anyone notice a change in queue performance filtering lately

    In the past, when you opened a new Queue Performance View, it would have all All selected for media types.  Sometime in the not too distance past, that change to only show voice calls.   Anyone know when this happened and is it annoying for you as it is for me?

    I can't find when it happened, but yeah it's mildly annoying, that you also can't select multiple media types.

    I wonder if it came about when they added the "LIVE" indicator to the views?

    I was digging through some of our internal documentation and the LIVE indicator was introduced in September of last year. Does that line up when the issue started happening?
