Correct. You have the possibility of creating endless loops and problems of error control.
I would strongly suggest you use the messaging flow to orchestrate calling smaller bots that only handle NLU et al.

Is it possible to call a Digital Bot Flow inside another Digital Bot Flow?
I can only find the possibility of calling a Digital Call Flow from an Inbound Message Flow.
