    Hello everyone,

    Today we have extended the features in Genesys Cloud for Development and Feedback. This new enhancement allows you to keep on top of your learning catalogue by providing the option to Archive learning modules.

    Learning Administrators can access the archival feature from the action button in Development and Feedback. 

    Genesys Cloud defaults to a graceful option when retiring modules by permitting the completion of a module for users that already have it assigned. However we recognise there are times when you just want to remove a module from circulation right away. In this case deselecting the checkbox on the confirmation will archive the module and remove all active assignments immediately.

    All completion and score data is kept in Genesys Cloud so there is no need to worry when choosing to archive a module. And if later you change your mind? No problem! You can now filter by "Archived" to find all modules that have been retired. Should you wish you can bring them back into active service by clicking "Unarchive".
