    Hello Community! 

    The Ask Me Anything (AMA) session on the Upcoming Genesys Cloud Analytics Dashboard Interface is live! This is your opportunity to talk all things dashboard with two members of the Principal Product Management team in real time!

    When is the AMA? It ends at 4:30 ET.

    What is the feature? This feature includes a responsive layout with auto-scalable widgets, empowering users to focus on content definition rather than dashboard layout configuration. The new layout features a light background theme with improved contrast. Users also have the Preview capability, offering complete control to switch to the new dashboard framework at their convenience.

    Who will be joining? Q&A Show featured guests Maisy Harris and Nikhil Ponnam. 

    When will this feature be available? End of September 2024.

    I want to clarify that this feature will be released towards the end of this month. It is not available just yet. But this is a great chance for you to get to know the feature and ask any questions you may have before it is released.

    Just a few hours before the AMA begins! Just a reminder, there is no zoom or video feed to join or watch. The AMA will take place 100% on discussion threads in the Genesys Cloud - Main Community. To participate, all you need to do is create a new discussion thread and our experts will get back to you in real time!

    You can schedule a post to go live early or join us live. Either way, your answer will be there for you shortly.
