Thanks for the questions! We just recorded and had fun talking through these. The episode will be ready in a couple of days.

Subject: Ask Your Questions - New Agent Multipanel (Q&A Episode)
I don't know if these questions need to be part of your presentation, but I wonder:
- Prior to March 2025, will there be a way to force users (maybe via a permission) to the multi-contextual panel view (without each user deciding to "opt in")?
- I am thinking of new users here. We will send out communication to current users, encouraging them to enable the multi-contextual panel. For new hires, however, it would be convenient if we can set them up with the multi-contextual panel view from the start. If we cannot, new user access instructions will simply include the multi-contextual panel opt in instructions.
- Is there anyway that we can see what users have opted into the multi-contextual panel view?
- It just seems like it would be helpful to know how widespread the adoption is and how targeted our reminder emails need to be.
Thanks,

Hey Everyone,
In case you missed our last episode about Work Automation, I announced that our next topic will be all about the new Multipanel Agent Workspace feature that your team can now adopt.
Our plan for the episode is to give you an in-depth overview of the feature, and we also want to answer any questions that you may have. Simply reply below or shoot me an email qaShow@Genesys.com. We will be sure to cover it on the episode when we record next week.
Cheers,
Matt
