    Hi Team,

    I am currently facing an issue where the email transcription is showing the full mail content. Is there a way to hide or limit the visibility of this transcription?

    Additionally, I have noticed that when I delete emails using policies, the parking feature is not functioning as expected.

    Could you please suggest a solution that allows me to hide the email recording transcription while ensuring the parking feature continues to work properly?

    Hello Haridass,

    I believe you may want to look into the automatic redaction of sensitive information. This will limit the amount of info that agents are able to see in interactions.
