  • 1.  Associate external contact from outbound campaign

    Hi team,

    When it starts an email outbound campaign, with a contact list with a few emails, even this emails are filled in external contacts, the interaction doesn't associate to external contact. 
    I know and I'm doing through data action the association of conversation to external contact but there is any way to do this natively?

    That is true, you will not see these outbound Emails in the Customer Journey for the External Contact.  Refer to the middle of this page:  https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/view-an-interactions-customer-journey/
