I think I follow. Are you having the issue in Genesys Cloud because a previous Teams Voice call?
If so, we are having the same issue and so far, there isn't anything that can be done.
The only thing that has worked is replacing headsets. Is it possible that your headsets are Teams compatible but not Genesys compatible?

There's been a rash of users experiencing audio issues, which seems to point primarily at Genesys. As I troubleshoot the issue, in almost every case, it is not a Genesys issue. I start a Teams session to review sound settings and to talk with the user on their experiences, and the same issue they reported starts happening during the interaction. We recently implemented MS Team.
