  • 1.  Audit on deletion of group voicemails?

    Fairly sure the answer is no, but does anybody know if there's an audit log somewhere of when someone deletes a group voicemail from their inbox?

    Not that I can find.  Here is a list of all servicename and audit catalog:  https://developer.genesys.cloud/platform/audit/actioncatalog.

    Only think related is voicemailpolicy update

    Thanks Robert, yeah none of those services capture this action sadly but I guess it's such a niche requirement it's probably not come up before.

    Hey Vaun,

    It doesn't appear there is a way for customers to check this currently, but there is an Idea See who listened, deleted or forwarded a group voicemail that's probably worth voting on and adding your use case as it already under PM review.
