Hello!

I noticed that when I run a weighted historical index forecast, then run a reschedule to apply those changes into a copied schedule that the system creates an automatic best method forecast. I was wondering why this happens? It seems to change the intra-day requirement slightly when this is done as well. I'm not able to find any supporting documentation in the resource centre so I was wondering if anyone had any insight?

Our business is a very seasonal business with varied hours of operation, closures, volume surges/campaigns and requirement changes. Using the weighted historical forecast we can directly manipulate data sets that impact the forecast.
