    Good day everyone 

    In Genesys Engage/WFM, I would like to know how to set up the automatic import of historical data into WFM via a .CSV file stored in a directory? 

    I would like to know how to set up automatic import of historical data into WFM via a .CSV file saved in a directory, i.e. a file containing volumes of interactions and processing times saved every day in a directory so that they can be automatically imported into WFM.

    Do you have any idea how to set this up?
