Summary
Genesys Cloud will backfill the quality:evaluation:searchAny permission to existing roles that contain the quality:evaluation:view permission.
This change is being made because the Agent Evaluation Summary and Detail views will begin using the Quality Evaluation Search API. The additional permission ensures that users who can access these views today continue to have access after the underlying implementation changes.

Genesys Cloud is adding Quality Management auto-complete evaluation data to existing Analytics views. This data is retrieved using the Quality Evaluation Search API.
Because access to this API requires the quality:evaluation:searchAny permission, Genesys Cloud will add this permission to existing roles that already contain quality:evaluation:view.
Change Impact
No customer action is required.
As part of the rollout, Genesys Cloud will add the following permission to applicable existing roles:
quality:evaluation:searchAny
The backfill will apply to roles containing:
quality:evaluation:view
The change will be rolled out one region at a time to preserve existing user access to the Agent Evaluation Summary and Detail views.
