  • 1.  Barge-in Is Too Effective

    We are having an issue that the Barge-in feature is too sensitive. Basically, if there is background noise during the interaction the barge-in is triggered then send the member back through the menu options. Does anyone know how to adjust this feature so it is less sensitive?

    I don't believe there is a limit to the age of voicemails, only a setting for the maximum number of minutes for each.  I have one that is nearly 5 years old sitting in my inbox for demo purposes.
