Beyond is excited to announce a new eLearning course Genesys Cloud CX: Performance Views for Agents, which has replaced the old Genesys Cloud CX: WEM - Performance and Queue Activation for Agents. This course lives in the WEM – Employee Performance learning path for Agents.
As an agent, you will learn how to track your metrics, time in statuses, evaluations, interactions, schedules, real-time work performance, and learning modules. Additionally, this course equips you with the skills to customize your performance views and learn a few best practices on performance management.
