I am sure this is something I am staring directly at and just not registering... I am looking for options other than the hovering icon for a bot. I think it is called an embeddable widget, but open to other options as well. We currently have several bots that hover at the lower portion of our websites but would like to set up a new bot that is accessed from a static frame on the site.

Does anybody have documentation or can provide direction on what I should read up on to find options other than a hover icon? I appreciate the advice. :)

Hi Nicole,

Assuming you mean the web messaging widget. Yes you can certainly set it under Messenger Configuration to Hide until triggered by business logic. And then use the SDK to show just the chat window and not the little circle on the website
