I've got a digital bot flow, connected to a knowledge base.
When I test my KB, answers are correct. For example, it founds the good article with 98%
But when I test my flow, the bot porpose me 2 choices, as if there was disambiguation.
I don't understand why.
I just use the block "wait for input", without any intent.
Does someone have an idea about the reason why it propose me 2 choices ? I don't see the difference between the KB test and the real one, through a flow.
The only difference I thought about is intent miner : I can see some intents, but I don't use them. I can't suppress them, or they will be suppressed everywhere.
I suppose that if I do nothing, I am not using them ? I did not create any intent inside the flow...

is there a possibility to exclude some terms from the KB, in order to ignore them ?
is there a dictionnary ? a way to define synonyms ?
Can we add weights to terms ?
In a word, how to optimize my knowledge base.
I find the resource center very poor with very few tips and rules to follow...
