We are excited to announce the Bot Flows - Intent Health Pre-Beta.
Intent Health uses the intents and utterances configured within your Bot Flow and provides you with the health of each intent and suggestions for improvements at the utterance level. We are currently in development so the feature is not ready just yet but all our backend algorithms are. Therefore, we would like to open this pre-beta to provide our customers with this valid information via email or call (whichever is preferred) to gain feedback on the health and suggestions you receive.
Once development is completed, you will automatically be added to the Intent Health beta which will allow you to view your intent health within the UI of the Bot Flows product.
We are currently looking for organizations that meet the following criteria to participate in this Beta:
* Bot Flow configured with intents and utterances
* Happy for us to run an experiment on your intents and utterances (we will not keep any data after experiments are run)
