    Hello Everyone,

    Good day. 

    seeking for your kind assistance on the below snap. Do you have any suggestions/ideas on how to remove the bugged call? 

    We'll highly appreciate if you could help me with this issue.

    Hi Justine,

    It seems like it could be a stuck interaction and it should clear itself automatically.  You could try disconnecting it via Admin > Routing > Disconnect Interactions if you have the ConversationID.  If that doesnt work, you will need to raise a case with care to investigate and disconnect the interaction.
