 In Genesys Cloud, I've created a contact type with custom fields in External Contacts. When performing a bulk import of contacts using CSV, how can I associate each contact with the appropriate contact type and populate the custom fields from CSV file?

You should be able to follow this RC doc but just make sure you prepare you CSV with a proper custom field.

@Cameron Tomlin, I couldn't find any information related to custom fields in the link you provided. I attempted to import the data by naming the header fields to match the custom field name, but the import failed.

I'm attaching a screenshot of the ContactType custom field I created. Would you mind sharing the correct headers that should be included in the .csv file? I want to ensure I'm not missing anything.
