Finally, what I have done is add a new field in the contact list called phone_4, which can be updated from an Input in the script with the Outbound Update Contact script action.
We always fill this field with a dummy phone number (which does not really exist, for example: 0999999997) when loading the contact list, so that when I click on the dial button (my campaign is preview) the dummy phone number appears. Before dialing, we update the dummy phone number from the script Input to a real phone number and then refresh the browser with f5 so that phone_4 appears among the possible numbers to call

I dont think that is currently possible with script as it currently supports blind transfers, consult and schedule call backs calls. I have previous looked into some call control within scripts, and this didn't work due it scripts missing user information as the script uses the integration Oauth.

Why not put a text field on the agent script that allows them to put in another number and a button to dial through the API. If you have different numbers you know of in the first place, you could include them in the contact list and they can select what number to call them back at.

In campaign calls we would like the agent to have the option to call a phone number that is not in the contact list (while still being able to call contacts in the contact list as well)
In Pure Connect the functionality was:
"Call a different phone number for this person"
How could this be implemented in Genesys Cloud?
