I'm glad it worked for you !
Normally the caller number should be displayed on the screen :

Do you have something different?

Hello Alexandra,
In the Found Outputs of the Data Table Lookup you need to create 2 new Variables . For instance : Flow.user_name and Flow.user_email.
Then you use the Email in the Transfer to User (see here below):

Kind regards,

Thank you very much Nathan,
I have now created a new data table with the DNIS, name and EMAIL address of the user.
This is how it looks now.
Unfortunately, I cannot find the Transfer to user Action item, only Transfer to user.
Does something else have to be entered under Found or Not found?
Thank you very much to give me a hand.

Hello Alexandra,
we dit it on our side.
You could have a data table with the DNIS of the user as the key of the data table and then two other fields with the name of the user and his email address.
In your call flow you can then make a Data Table Lookup action with the Call.CalledAddress as input and then you get the Name of the User and his email address as output.
You then configure your "Transfer to User action" in expression and you use the FindUser function with the email address coming from the Data Table.
I don't know if this could work for you.
Kind regards,
Nathan

Subject: Call flow with a dataa table
Hello all,
I have mapped the following routing in a call flow.
A call comes in, opening times are queried and then the call is assigned to a user. Unfortunately it doesn't make sense to have a call flow for each user.
Now I would like to create a call flow for all users with a data table. Unfortunately I can't get any further. Can you give me some examples?
Unfortunately I come from Avaya and this is all new to me.
Thank you very much
Alexandra
