  • 1.  Call routing based on data

    I need help. I want a scripted preview campaign to route calls to different agents depending on the customer's zip code. The contact list would include the agents' information and the customers' zip codes. How could I do this? Any ideas for best practices? Thank you very much!

    Yes, I finally added a "skill" field to the contact list, creating different skills based on the zip code. It effectively shows clients to different agents depending on their skill. Thank you very much.
