I dont think this is functionality we currently have. You can not modify a campaign while its running. Unless its certain actions like below:
- Rule sets
- DNC lists
- Contactable time sets
- Abandon rate
- Caller ID name and number
- Script
- Division
So appending a new list seems to be the only option.
I would love to see what the rest of the community says though.

An existing contact list on a campaign that has 500 targets remaining.
How can we get rid of these "uncalled" targets and load a new list instead of appending the existing list? It is a campaign that is auto-running.
