  • 1.  Campaign/Contact List - Getting rid of queued targets and loading new ones

    Kia ora

    An existing contact list on a campaign that has 500 targets remaining. 

    How can we get rid of these "uncalled" targets and load a new list instead of appending the existing list? It is a campaign that is auto-running. 

    Any suggestions would be appreciated - Clare

    I dont think this is functionality we currently have. You can not modify a campaign while its running. Unless its certain actions like below:

    • Rule sets
    • DNC lists
    • Contactable time sets
    • Abandon rate
    • Caller ID name and number
    • Script
    • Division

    So appending a new list seems to be the only option. 

    I would love to see what the rest of the community says though.

    You can use a wrap-up rule that a copy the contact over to another contact list and deletes the contact from the current list if it is already called or really based on just about any parameter you want to look at.
