Hello,

I have some issue, login to Genesys cloud through chrome extension. Just tried with couple of other chrome browsers as well as firefox extension, but connection to cloud get refused.

Error from chrome extension.
apps.mypurecloud.com refused to connect  

Error from Firefox extension 

To protect your security, apps.mypurecloud.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window.

Does anybody have any idea to fix this?

It looks like you are in Thailand.  Is your ORG located in another region like Sydney or Tokyo?  That will have a different login than apps.mypurecloud.com

Yes, actually I'm connecting to jp , in fact my login is apps.mypurecloud.jp. But I'm even not able to connect through chrome to Tokyo. Once I selected my ORG, it is trying redirect the page get connection refused error. To me this is refused from cloud as I do not have any restrictions in chrome.
