  • 1.  Capturing Click-to-WhatsApp ad referral data in Genesys Cloud

    We run Click-to-WhatsApp ads and want to attribute conversations to campaigns. With the native WhatsApp integration, the Meta referral / ctwa_clid doesn't seem to reach Architect or the conversation data. Has anyone captured it natively, or did you use a prefilled-message code or an Open Messaging middleware? Thanks!

    Hi Vinicius,

    Another Interesting question. We haven't implemented Click-to-WhatsApp campaign attribution ourselves, so I'm interested in hearing how others have solved it.
    Looking forward to the responses on this one, as it's a use case, I'd expect more organisations to run into as WhatsApp marketing adoption grows.
