  • 1.  Change Remote Name in Flows

    Does anyone know if we can change the Remote Name in a flow?

    We have a customer that wants to change the Remote Name after a location is called (no answer) then transferred to another locations. After it rings (no answer) a group then routes to another group or queue, we change the remote name. 

    I have been unable to manipulate call.remotename.

    Yep, I realize it's read only. Looking for another way. External contacts possibly?

    Were you able to find the answer already? Is there any way Call.remoteName can be edited?

    Hello Riddhi, 

    As of now there is no out of the box way to edit Call.remoteName, as @Melissa Bailey mentioned its currently read only. I cannot think of a way to do this through external contacts. 

    It might be worth opening an idea in our ideas portal at this time.
