  • 1.  Change to Agent Status view

    Greetings!

    Our organization has noticed a change from the agent's view of their status. We could not find this in the update change log or any other threads on the community page.

    Previously, the status selected would be filled with color and with a checkmark.

    As of yesterday 10/27, it now appears as this.

    While this is not impacting, it is different. Is there a setting or a fix could be done to revert to the previous view of the agent status?

    Hello John, 

    Thank you for bring this to our attention. Our dev team currently knows about this issue and is working on a fix. You can either open a support case for tracking but I will also track internally for you as well. These kind of issues usually take time to fix, so it will depend on the needs of your org.

    Hello John,

    It looks like they did a fix for it at this time of writing you will have to update the GC client but its now fixed.
