  • 1.  Change to 'languages' filter in Schedules

In a recent update, the option to deselect (or select all) a language filter was removed. We use the 'languages' as a quick workaround to track things like what contract agents are on, or if they are skilled in different off queue tasks as the filters lack other options like Custom Groups or Staffing Groups.

Was there a reason this option was removed? I regularly filter by Agent and Language at the same time, and its irritating having to reset all filters over and over.

The planning group filter with the option to select multiple groups might be helpful, while the option for multiple languages or the "all" option in the drop box are now replace with having to "clear filters". It's just additional navigation effort and time in daily processes.

The planning group filter also functions independent of the required staff filter and intraday requirement tables visible at the bottom of the screen which could be helpful also, but feels like additional work and counter intuitive.

    Hi Tom,

Removing the 'All' function of the Languages filter was unintentional and it will be added back over this weekend (Aug 17). We are aware our users are using filters in creative ways and will keep that in mind as we update the software.

We have some new filtering capabilities being built that should be released in December/January.  You will be able to filter Staffing Groups, Activity Codes, Locations and more.

    Hi Joseph,

Thanks for your response! Great to hear the update, we have a variety of complexities that we need to filter by regularly so more flexibility in filtering both Schedules and other tool is great! Look forward to those features rolling out.

    Cheers,
