  • 1.  Chat Delay issue

    Hello Everyone,

    I have one issue going on with one of our agents, whenever agent is receiving the Incoming Chat interaction. 

    Only one agent who have been experiencing chat delay and Freezing issues whenever they are accepting the interactions.  Exception is RIS webservice, The operation has timedout is the error we are seeing while accepting the chat and freezing time.

    Any suggestions and further investigations would be appreciated.
